elo rating broken?

i dont understand this elo system. im 375 and when i lose a game, i lose 10-20 elo points, BUT when i win, the maximum i can get is 10. is this a bug or something?

The site uses the Glicko rating system, and the amount of points you win/lose depends on multiple factors.

Huh.. for some reason I'm gaining like 200 or 300 ELO whenever I win a game, just look at my profile lol

You recent game are Rapid. You just started playing the format so your rating deviation (RD) value is high, which is a measure of rating uncertainty, so you'll have larger rating changes after games. As you play more, that value will drop and the magnitude of rating changes will as well.
