Unfortunately the email address was removed as it had a huge amount of un-checked (unread) emails in it for a very long time. We are gradually phasing out the @chess.com emails and as this one was shown as inactive for a long period of time it was removed from the system sorry.

Does this mean I can no longer get emails here? I had the email forwarded and that is why the emails were unchecked. Can it be reinstated?

Unfortunately no to both questions. The @chess.com email addresses are being phased out to the point they won't be used at all soon. We will continue while those who have theirs are still using them, but if an @chess.com address isn't used for a long period of time and shows inactive, it is being removed. Sorry :(
When I try to log in to email it only says "Error: Login failed - Username or password is incorrect".
I am entering in my Chess.com email and my account password with no luck.
