email problems

I can't access my email. Whenever I try to logon to it I get this message: "Error: Login failed - Username or password is incorrect" Thank you!

As we don't keep a record of passwords, i've synchronised your chess.com log in password and your email password so they are now the same.

When you log into your emails, please enter the same password for emails that you would use to log into chess.com. If you're still having problems, please let me know.

I don't think I even have a log on email address and password. I've always just connected to chess.com through facebook.

The email issue is now fixed. If you recently changed password and are still having problems accessing your emails, can you please try changing your password back to what it was.
