Not sure about the error, but maybe the player has you blocked?

Sort:
You are blocked from sending XYZ messages.
You cannot send a message to XYZ. Error MSG05.

Thats wrong because we can't send it to anyone after that.
I had more than 70 messages and I can't send it to even 1 of them and it happened in a second.
