Error RP13

Hello,I am unable to log in my chess.com account from my computer.I get an error message that says "Error RP13".I have read the possible reasons for this to happen.But I have not violated Fair Play rules or anything like that.I would be glad if you fix it as soon as possible

It's related to a block so waiting shouldn't matter.
