happens to me right now.https://www.chess.com/blog/erik/chess-com-during-this-global-stay-home-moment
I've had this problem all day long with chess.com. No issue with other sites. From my perspective it looks like chess.com is the problem.
I have the same issue since yesterday. I fumbled around with different settings to no solution. I am fairly certain it's the sites server's problem, because I was playing poker at three different sites and watching a live stream simultanously all last night without any problems. Today just chess open and I still get the error message. I hope they fix it...
I have a perfectly good connection and I get this message right now: Your challenge cannot be created because of your internet connection. Please reconnect and try again. Chess.com is funny. Why advertise your premium membership with bonuses (which you can't cancel because of a "bug") when one can get all those bonuses for free on other sites. Do they want me to pay to not lose games because of their bugs? I guess "nothing is free" is their policy.
I am getting this too. I think we are all getting it. Chess.com is up to no good again. Thumbs up to the person who said something about a geeky engineer implementing a new toy.
Same here. I keep having the message "please wait, it's taking longer than usual to connect". Off to lichess lol

I think it is because so many more people are on chess.com. Too much traffic for the server to handle, maybe?
