Explorer not working on iOS app

Hi,

I wonder if anyone else has this problem?  If I try to use Explorer on the app it will tell me after a few moves that I've reached the free limit and ask me to upgrade to Premium, even though I already have a gold membership?

In fact, I get an "upgrade to Premium" banner as soon as I enter the "Other" menu, so something's clearly not registering the membership.

I also note that none of the membership/upgrade options on the app work either; they just hang.

This has been going on for a month or so, but never used to be a problem on older versions of the app.  None of it's a problem on the website either, just the iOS app.

You should contact Support directly, using the option in the menu, but it is likely you're on the old Gold plan that has different options than current gold.

I had contacted support a while ago, without a response… until just now. Not sure if it was a coincidence or my posting here, but the issue is now resolved. 👍🏻
