I'm not playing until I get a solid answer. I have used my "account transfer" option from a closed account email I received the other day. That account (SpeedBulletChess22) got closed mid match after just 6 or so games for "violating fair play policy". Can't use chat features, STILL haven't cheated, STILL haven't used anything to give me an advantage. When I first created an account, I set my skill level to "new to chess" when I started. Then I changed to "beginner" to see if that would change anything. After about 4 games I got my elo rating which was 952. Lost a few games and it dropped to around low to mid 800s. Got another account transfer option email (which is this account) and I set my skill level to intermediate. Seriously not too sure why my accounts keep getting closed. I'm scared to even do puzzles because it might trigger something in their banning system. I just want to play chess. I'm following all of the rules, I'm not cheating, I'm not doing anything to break their rules and policies (to my knowledge) and I'm not getting a clear answer.
