Hello,
I created my profile through Facebook a long time ago. I would like change my username and password, but I am unable to do so as I do not know the account password (I sign in through Facebook), and I cannot update my email address (because I do not know my password!).
I see several threads from other users who have had similar issues, but no resolution beyond one-on-one messages from chess.com staff. Please help! Thanks.
