I have exactly the same problem! Is there a solution for this?
Whenever i start up my live chess, instead of a normal board i get a i get a white and grey board. If I look for a game in this state I cannot see the game start.
I have to reopen the screen from the live chess menus multiple times to get into the game.
This is only possible after it times out. This stuff takes a lot of time, increases my left games and is simply annoying.
How do I solve this problem?
