Fair play violation

Hello, my main Chess.com account was recently closed for a Fair Play violation, but I believe this may have been a false positive caused by a browser extension that was accidentally activated during a game.

My account was linked to Facebook, and now I cannot identify the email associated with the account, so I’m unable to properly contact support or submit an appeal.

I created this temporary account only to ask for help recovering access to support and resolving the situation. I am not trying to evade the closure.

If any moderator or staff member can help me contact support or recover the associated email, I would really appreciate it.

You should be able to use the Support option in the menu to get a ticket open with Support.

Be sure to clearly explain the issue.
