False Accusations on Sandbagging/ cheating on Chess.com

My account have been temporarily banned for an hour recently due to FALSE ACCUSATIONS of sandbagging / cheating with no suffienct evidences provided by the officials. An appeal had been sent to them couple hours ago yet they are not intended to reply or help on such matter. Such official actions are disappointing and disgusting. Threatening to permanently ban users account with minimum fabricated so called evidences (believe to be the poorly written cheats detection AI)
This will be a memo left to warn anyone that had received similar accusations. It appears Chess.com is those types of game companies that frame user for what they have not done.
I am glad I did not spend a dim on this app yet, coming to think of such hideous and careless accusations would be made by the staffs.
Assuming this is also a community like many others where most users do not care to be oppressed by unreasonable actions (can think of a lot of games and communities: EA, Blizzard..etc.) Remorse is the only word to be used on describing such matter ...
