I’m pretty sure you need to do something on chess.com (so like puzzles, lessons, play a game, etc…) for it to count. Best way to keep track is by doing the daily puzzles they give you.

I play games every single day and my daily puzzle streak is 76
I have logged in for more than 30 days and I haven't received the award yet. My daily puzzle streak is 50+.
