Feeling ripped off by Chess.com

I have Gold Membership in Chess.com, where I was promised “unlimited” Puzzles. I now repeatedly run into a notice that says I’ve used all my puzzles for the day, and suggests I Upgrade. BUT, I cannot upgrade, as my original membership is still running. So, advise please.

Memberships that were active prior to September 1st, 2022, kept the old plans and pricing instead of the new plans an higher pricing. So, if you had a membership prior to that, you were on those older plans.
