Fehlerhafte Parameter beim Erstellen von Live-Matches

Hallo,

ich wollte heute mehrfach als Administrator ein Live-Match für unseren Club erstellen. Es soll Anfang Mai stattfinden mit 15min Bedenkzeit, Start 20:30 Uhr. Alles ist gut gegangen. Allerdings sind die Parameter falsch. Angezeigt wurde das Turnier mit Startzeit 9 Stunden später und einer Bedenkzeit 2 Sekunden mit 1 Sekunde Inkrement??? 

Was ist da los? Mache ich was falsch? Oder gibt's da Probleme bei chess.com?

Did you set it up on the Play interface?

I just set up a Swiss event with no issues.

Also, setting something up so far in advance may result in it getting cancelled during the next Live server reboot.

Mostly everything works fine. But sometimes some things get strangely confused by Chess.com. Last week, I organized a live tournament for 7 p.m., at about noon the same day, I've got an email that this tournament is going to start in an hour. I realized that too late and cannot say, if this tournament started really in the early afternoon. In the late afternoon, when I realized what happened, this tournament was also not visible any more in the Club - planned events section.

Okay then. As this tournament is a regular monthly one starting at 7 p.m., I organized a new one for the same evening, planned for 7 p.m. So far, so good, I thought.

At about 6 p.m. (one hour before start), there were two times the same live tournament announced to all club members in parallel - the original one (the one that was planned about one month ago and which supposedly took place in the afternoon and which could no longer be found under upcoming events in the afternoon - and the new one, that I arranged newly, as the original supposedly lapses in the early afternoon already.

No problem, as I just could cancel one of them, but this was a strange thing last week.
