Well thanks for all your help guys. (Not.)
I'm going back to 365.
Same problem since today. Cannot play any Live Chess though all other options in the website appear available
I just got cut out in the middle of a game. Can't reconnect. What happened??
Server apparently crashed. Staff is aware.
This week, I registered three family members on Chess.com. We have two Mac and two Windows PC's. Chess.com works well with the Windows PC's. However, both Mac computers will let us play four-person chess and run lessons, puzzles, etc. But no live games. When any of us try, we get this message from both Mac's on Safari: "You have successfully reconnected." This message appears every few seconds over, and over again. Anyone with the same issue?
I cannot bring up any of the 12 games I'm in the process of playing. When I sign in all I get is a display telling me I need to change to Chrome or a later version of Internet Explorer. Im running levl 10.. Whats up as I cannot play the games I've already began and I'm sure the clock will run out very soon and I will lose all 12 games on time.....HELP!!
I can play normally on my iPhone and my iPad, I can also do anything I want on my MacBook Air except play a game. When I attempt to start a game I get the following messages.
“Your challenge cannot be created because of your Internet connection. Please reconnect and try again.”
“Please wait, it’s taking longer than usual to connect. Change settings.”
When I click on ‘Change Settings’ nothing happens. I use Safari and Opera but the results are the same, though with Opera I don't even get the two system messages.
Sometimes if I leave Beta, re-join Beta, and then leave Beta a second time I am able to play a game – but not always.
Any ideas?
