You can check my profile and see how many games I've forfeited. None of those are intentional. Every time I try to connect, it says "It's taking longer to connect" or something like that. I've tried everything, different browsers, shift+f5, nothing seems to work and I can't get a human response because Chess.Com support is basically just all AI. Can someone help me fix this? I'm trying desperately to get out of 600 elo on blitz but every forfeit just takes me back more than I gain...
