Forgot Password Email not sending

I created a new account for this message. My main account is Madefromlego, I did the 'reset password' link, however it's been all day and nothing has been sent. Could you please send this reset password as I it has my diamond plan.

The only way to get it reset is with help from support@chess.com.

You will just have to wait.

When you forget the password and change it by recover your password procedure, the password change takes longer in the web page platform (about 15-20 mins) but works immediately in the app. Very confusing, because one tend to think that the password that was just created is not the one that it typing, so you try to change it again... etc. Try to fix it guys, it's very annoying.
