found a guy i think he is cheating

I recently played a match against a player named [edited]. He played a set of perfect moves which i think is not common at elo level like mine. Also how he played every move in just a second and all make this think more weird that how does a guy around same elo as me can find the perfect set of moves in just blink of time. So i think of him accused of cheating. Please check out that game.
