I accepted the 10 day free trial last evening after providing my credit card data. My account immediately show the trial clock counting down. After leaving the site for about 12 hours, I returned to find no evidence of having signed up for the trial. This situation needs to be resolved, but I don't know who to contact, which web address, etc.
Please advice. Thanx
