Live Chess is different to an ordinary web page or a video stream, as it requires a small but constant connection rather than a fast but intermittent connection: it's explained in the FAQ in https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444918, which also has some tips about some things you can try to minimise this. You could also try some of the other network settings at and see if that helps, especially since you've only joined recently and have played very few games - they can be found under Settings --> Connection
Looking at that second game, it doesn't look like a clear set of disconnects: it looks a lot like you were spending time thinking about your moves in a tricky position across multiple moves, and you had more than 2.5 minutes left when you were checkmated.
Creating a separate thread for this sort of question is fine, but you can also report it via Help --> Report a Bug. Please don't add it to the Spam reporting thread, as this isn't about spam.
And finally, I appreciate that you're frustrated, but please don't use profanities in the public forums - I have removed them from your initial post.

Okay, if you say so but I was +2 on him and I had 6 minutes left.
10 minutes isn't enough time to play chess. If a person is +10, they should lose on time. That should only come into play in + or - 3 games.
Man, this is bull&^#%. I had the 2nd game won against a game and this &^%$ing website froze. DAMN IT, CHESS.COM, fix your *&$%ing website. No other websites freeze.
When I asked him to play me from the exact same position, he refused. So that means I won the game.
You don't win games when it gets abandoned when it is the websites' fault.
THIS IS TOTAL BULL&^$#!!!
