Any advice on how to get support for Fritz 11.

 The chessbase support site only has details up to Fritz 9. My manual says I should have a serial number on the manual but it is blank.  Support emails to the publisher and to chessbase have been ignored.

 Pretty lame.

My support e-mails to Chessbase are usually answered by someone competent within 48 hours. Have you given them that long?

at about 48 hours ..... guess i am impatient and had lower expectations given that the support site has NOTHING past Fritz 9 ... seems dead ... I'll try and be patient :)

i bought the fritz 11 as well, and the service has been above average.

"The Amazon release does not include a serial number at all (we are sorry
for the misleading information from the booklet)"

 Apparently FRITZ 11 in a green package is NOT the same as FRITZ 11 in a red package and has less features .....

 

Net, no access to certain database features and some other stuff...
