Fritz 11


at about 48 hours ..... guess i am impatient and had lower expectations given that the support site has NOTHING past Fritz 9 ... seems dead ... I'll try and be patient :)

Apparently FRITZ 11 in a green package is NOT the same as FRITZ 11 in a red package and has less features .....
Net, no access to certain database features and some other stuff...
Any advice on how to get support for Fritz 11.
The chessbase support site only has details up to Fritz 9. My manual says I should have a serial number on the manual but it is blank. Support emails to the publisher and to chessbase have been ignored.
Pretty lame.
