Have had that problem only in 10 min. chess. Sometimes it will not let me queen a pawn, screen freezes.

Me too on my phone in a 10min game.!
Same here on my iPad. I was winning and my opponent declined to respond and accept a draw. 🤬
It never happens to me but you can maybe all repot a bug for this app they might fix it
I have the same problem. It happens almost every 10-min game now. I am wondering why my opponent takes so long to move, and then see that the timers are frozen. I have to restart the app. This costs me a lot of time and sometimes a victory. Chess.com is a great app, but this spoils it.

Agreed!
This has been a bug since the last upgrade. I found sometimes offering a draw and canceling would make it work. Biggest concern is the clock stops.

I had 3 games where the opponent did not make a move but his clock stopped. I responded and accepted draw, the second didn’t respond and I won! and third the opponent didn’t respond or play but he won!
Lost several games because of this now 😡
I have the same problem, get stuck without possibility to move. I have to close the application and reopen and I can finally move , but this happen many times in one game and I lose a lot of time . Please fixed it !

Many times the connection is interrupted while playing online. Then the flashing and countdown starts until I'm completely out of the game and many times I lose the victory. I play on my smartphone and the signal is perfect.
Many times lately I won't be able to move. (Playing on a macbook pro) I'll click on a piece and nothing happens. Sometimes only the certain pieces will move. Other times I'll be in the middle of a game and I can't move at all--so I have to then log onto my phone to continue the game.
