Game Aborted

I just played a game ~40 moves in, a clear winning position for me. My opponent stopped moving and was stalling out the clock, and instead of giving me the victory it was listed as “aborted” with no rating change for me and no record of the game in my stats. Anyone know why this happens and how to remedy?

Were you playing in an arena?
When the arenas end, all games in process are aborted, no matter how far along they are.

Unfortunately I have no answer, but I post to follow the thread for I have experienced the same just 10min ago. Nothing special about the situation, no stalling or anything, but the game just randomly got interrupted and is not even listed in my history. This is the first time it happens to me.
Was not arena, just a quick play game. Very frustrating and the support bot is of course no help.

It was probably a double disconnect and forfeit abort. When that happens, the Gane won't show in your archive. If you had the URL the game info would show if that's the case.
