Game Analysis by IM

Hi all

I stumbled across an article once (before I joined as a premium member) where one of the IM's on the site mentioned that he made an offer a long time back for users to post their games for him, and he will do an analysis for them, giving some advice on their play.  He was also complaining that up to that point he has received very few games from the users.  If memory serves me correctly, it was IM Pruess who made the offer, but I cannot be sure.

Would he still offer analysis of user's games?  And if so, where could I post my annoted games?  I would really appreciate this, as I'm a patzer with a capital letter "P" at this point, and I would love to improve.  :-)
