Did you receive any alerts to tell you the game was over? If you did, there will be a link to "view this game" on that alert. I need that game link in order to be able to locate the game. Or if it was a team match or tournament game, i need to know which team match or tournament (link) it was please otherwise i can't locate the game to put back in your games history

Yes. I saw 6 points alloted to me, taking my rating to 1478.It was neither team nor tournament game; in fact it was just a game on "live chess".Therefore, I was astonished that the game suddenly disappeared on the screen. Please try to locate the game. Thanks

You have not fully understand the contents of my complaint dated 29 January 2011. I played 2 games with jorge33165 on 29 Jan, and won both games. The 2nd game was deleted from the website with no apparent reason. Before my game with jorge33165, my rating was 1466. I won the 1st game and my rating became 1472. I also won the 2nd game. Before the screen went blank, I saw that I was again awarded another 6 points, taking my rating to 1478.As it is, the records showed that I had only won one game against Jorge33165, and my rating was 1472. This was incorrect. My rating should be 1478, as I had won 2 games with a total of 12 points added to my rating. The results and records of my 2nd game just disappeared. Please do the needful.

No. All was routine, except for this "disappearing act".
No. I was trying to find out what happened, and to my surprise found no records of the 2nd game.So my 6 points just vaporize.You can check with my games archives. I stopped playing as I felt let down by the system.Usually I play about 20 to 30 games daily. But I continue to play on the next day, ie 30 Jan. Many thanks for trying to help. Most appreciated.

Each game has an id number in it which is shown in the game chat area.
Its not easy locating a missing game more so without a game id to go on. Its like finding a needle in a stack of hay.

Could you please do a check on jorge33165's game archives dated 29 Jan.When I won the 1st game jorge's rating was 1371 whilst mine was 1472. If the records of the 2nd game which I also won, did not disappear; the records would show that my rating at 1478 whilst jorge's (minus 6) at 1365. If this produced no results, then please close this case. Thanks

On 29th January 2011, I had 2 games with jorge33165 (1371). I won both games, but the 2nd game with jorge33165, was deleted from the website, with no reason given.My current rating should stand at 1478, instead of 1472. Could staff of Chess.com., kindly investigate and take corrective measures. Thank you.
