Not sure that is weird. You would probably need to open up a ticket to find out. I wonder if they requested a draw and you clicked on it by mistake. But if not then a ticket would need to be opened.

Your welcome. A ticket is a number that is generated by the computer system if you go to the 'help' section and find technical problems. It will ask you to classify the problem and answer a couple questions. Once you submit it it sends an email to the chess.com staff who will then have a 'ticket'. It is just a word for a computer issue for a technical person to look into.
How can a game be drawn by agreement when i never recieved any notification. I was waiting for opponents move n suddenly i see the game is in the finished list listed as drawn. I had this guy n he was rated higher than me... Can someone explain how could this happen.. N
