Game Explorer doesn't include all my games

It is true that by playing games and frequently going back to the explorer, games are added bit by bit (although it's not the latest games that are added so not relevant if they add games from ages ago). When in contact with them, they did say it's a problem they're aware of and working on. However, this problem has been present since 2014 and is still not fixed. Also, after gifting me 15 days of premium as a "compensation" for the problem, they have stopped replying and still haven't fixed it. It's safe to assume this is definitely not a priority to them. So if you get premium just for the explorer, don't.

Yes I've noticed that when I play games more of my past games get added to the explorer, so it does seem that your games will only get added by visiting the explorer, and actively playing games

Chess explorer has none of the games I've played on Black since April 10th, and seems to exclude almost everything after March 15th.
This is a very disappointing experience, I think I'm going to cancel my subscription and move to a site that works.

July of 2023, still the problem is not resolved. Makes learning openings from the lines I face the most a misery.

July 30 2023. The problem still exists.People pay for this feature with their membership, and did not get it. Would be nice to hear from chess.com officials when are they going to fix this.

Experiencing the same problem in September of 2023. Just two games of my 850+ appear, and both from the very beginning of my time on the site. Very disappointing as a premium member to not be able to use one of the most attractive features.

I only play rapid 10 minute games. I've played over 1,000 games in the past year but I only see around 500 showing up in explorer

Explorer is broken down into black and white sides. You have over 500 in each.

Hey guys, I struggle to get my games shown in the explorer as well. Do I need to add them manually from archive? That doesnt seem to do the trick. Is there just a delay of several days/weeks before new games show up there? I see the majority, but newer games dont show up. I am a gold member so this feature should be included as far as I know.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?
