That bull$#!@ has happened to me the same way at leasst ten times-i wish i knew what to do about it!
Uglee, I hear ya. I lost a game the other day similarly. The clock was down to moments for both of us. I could have won my checkmating my opponent had the program registered the queen that I just redeemed for one of my pawns. It did allow me to choose a queen, but then didnt change it until almost a quarter minute later. By then, my oppenent had moved, and with me in a dumbfounded stupor, my clock ran out. I feel your pain.

I had the game wrapped up. Time was running out, but I was slightly ahead on time. I had pre-moved to advance my pawn and queen. It was a legitimate move. But the game froze and it didn’t advance my pawn to the eighth rank. It wouldn’t let me move my pawn or anything else. I was not in check or anything like that. He had a king and one pawn. I had multiple pawns and a bishop and a rook. My clock ran out and I lost the game because I couldn’t move. Is there any recourse?
