i have a samsung note 8 and macbook air, in both devices i cant play bullet its very lagging, i have 2 internet connections with high speed fibre network and its lagging its shows opponent is losing time of the move and after some time it shows i have lost time.. its so bad,, i dont have problems in lichess.. i have checked with both networks and i understood it wasn't the problem on my end, pls fix this lag, i am playing as if i am getting only 30sec and opponent with 1 min.. i like chess.com because of better interface and stuffs, but this continues to be the problem, i would probably shift to lichess..
Chess.com is a real memory hog. Just because other sites load and run fine doesn't mean chess.com will. Still, there are some things you can try...
