Game locking up

I have just lost four games in a row, because the game would lock up.  I can correct it by rebooting the webpage  but often this would take several minutes and I would loose due to abandonment.  My internet connection is fine and no problem on other web sites.  Not sure how to correct it.

Having the same problem. Tried the hard reboot, clearing the cache, cookies, history....still having problems. Internet connection is fine.

same here.  So frustrating.  Good connection.  Tried different browsers, cleared cookies, history, different computers.   Hard line  and wifi.  Same BS.  Chess.com.....Fix your shit already.

Same. Always. Their programming is jjust terrible. You can use online tools to see how bad. Just google "why is my website slow" and run the tools. They couldn't even do this. You'll see that each of their chess icon graphics are individual tiny files rather than using a large texture palette and picking from within. This is just basic stuff.

You can literally google their problems and get an answer, yet they can't seem to fix it.
