I'm currently playing an online standard game, and the other player has not made their move well over the set amount of time. However, rather than ending the game, the game is stuck at "about a minute", and has been for a day. Could I please get some help?

Same with me rn. Opponent timed out about 20 mins ago, but neither I'm getting the win, nor can I abort it resign, nor can start a new game. Any suggestions??
