Game review settings/issue

In my game review, all moves are coloured (red/orange/yellow/green/teal) based on how strong the move was, but for some reason the symbol is not showing - "??" for blunder, "?" for mistake, "!" for great move and so on..... Completely missing and without it, I find it little confusing and after all the years strange looking. I spent like 15 minutes playing with all my settings but no luck.
Can someone help
