Games aborting well into the game

This has happened to me twice, both in 60 min games where we are far into the game (we’ll beyond 20 moves) and I get a game aborted message when my connection is totally strong. It looks like the one that happened to me tonight actually may have dinged my rating. There is no record of the games on my profile. I believe the message actually says my opponent aborted. Very disappointing when you put that much concentration and effort into a game to have it end that way. Are other players experiencing this?

There was a scheduled live server restart. When that happens, all ongoing games are aborted.
