Games not refreshing

Yes. I have board 'A' open on one tab. I make a move on board 'B' on another tab and it goes to my next game; board 'A'. My first board 'A' won't refresh.

There's a pattern emerging.
If I stay with the game I'm playing the program sometimes refreshes, sometimes not. If I go to my on-line chess home it probably still doesn't show. But if I then go to My Home page I can see what's new. Usually.
This applies to messages as well as to games. That is, new messages don't necessarily show up either until I go to My Home page.
One thing I haven't tried yet is F5 or Ctrl/R. I'll do that next time I have a problem and see if clearing my cache helps.

I don't know for sure how they're doing it here, but (for those who care about the tecnical part) that sort of auto-refresh is typically done by some sort of HTML 'push' - either an iframe, or an Ajax connection that stays open. If that connection gets broken for any reason, the notification of the update won't come through.
I'm curious - does the length of time between the refreshes seem to make any difference?

interesting. so if you have board A open in 2 tabs, neither of them will refresh?

Here are a couple of oddities.
I have a game with BLUE-SKY at present. There's no trouble playing the game, and it shows up OK on the "My Online Chess" page but I look at "My Home" page it doesn't appear. It gave me quite a lift when I noticed it was missing because he's thrashing me and I thought Caissa, or one of her siblings, had granted me a boon and wiped it out, but no such luck.
And oddity number 2: Yesterday I noticed several times that there was no flashing beacon to indicate that I was on line. This caused me severe personality problems until I realised that I really was there after all. Chessico ergo sum. Yesterday was the only day I noticed that particular problem, but it did happen several times.
For the past few days I've had occasional problems with some games not refreshing when my opponent makes a move. It's a bit hard to pin down and seems to be intermittent rather than constant.
Has anybody else had this problem, please, or is it something related to my own computer?
I'm using the latest version of Firefox.
