Gift subscription to someone that I do not know without me voluntarily sending the gift

Hi,

I just noticed that it seems that I paid for a gift platinum subscription to someone in Brazil, that I do not even know, and of course I had no intention to do so. Is it hacking or what?

You can check your account to see if anyone has logged into it from Settings. Scroll down and find Manage Account > Manage Data to see the IP addresses of recent connections. If you see something there you don't recognize, I would immediately change your password, which may not be a bad idea anyway.

Then open a ticket to support to get that refunded.

Thank you, this is useful, but unfortunately this happened on June, but chess.com only keeps data from the last 90 days. I have already contacted them though.
