When are you going to fix the problem where you cannot see the opponents country unless you change screens shots ? Thanks

I think they fixed it. I could not get the opponents country to appear. The flag would appear but not the name. I could click on the flag, but the name would not appear. For weeks.. I sent a text to Chess, Com and they said they were working on it.. Now it's working fine??
