Got charged when offered a “free” trial

I was doing the puzzles and completed my max for the day and the app offered me a free trial for the diamond member and when I did it charged me $146 and now I can’t get a refund

You have to contact Support.

The free trial was for 7 days. It charges you if you don't cancel before the 7 day period ends.
