Help - accused of using solver

Hi everyone, I work my ass out to get better and got accuses of using a solver, even if my opponent missed a M1 with queen and rook, my king at H1, I just managed to explore this mistake. How does the platform evaluate this cases? thanks! lkod

Doesn't sound like cheating. Don't worry about it.  If you weren't cheating, it doesn't matter. 

Your opponent can report you but if you weren't cheating, you have nothing to worry about.

As justbefair said, you shouldn’t worry if you weren’t cheating. Chess.com has a whole team of people who evaluate fair play reports, and they do a real good job.
