Hi, so a few days ago, I accidentally logged into chess.com with the wrong email, accidentally creating a new account. Because I was that ignorant, I thought chess.com was finally allowing me to change my username, because I had been trying to do that many days before, but it didn’t work. I then changed my pfp, but soon realized after posting in forums that it was an entirely different account. I tried to delete, but it doesn’t work, as it kept saying, error, error.

Can you help me delete it?

If I’m right you have to open a ticket with support but I’m not sure
