The match is U1600, but three 1600+ were able to join.

That match isn't U1600.  Maybe it was intended to be, but it has an open rating range.

 

The others look like a bug.  When someone is banned for fair play violations, their tournament and team match points in unfinished tournament groups and team matches are awarded to their opponents.  But that shouldn't be happening with self-closed accounts.

Yeah, I realized that right after posting lol. 

The other thing is that it doesn’t show on the scoreboard the score change, but that’s a good thing.

I'm really mad. This cost another of my groups a win! sad.png 

It was tied 17.5-17.5 with one game remaining. Then someone closed their account and it gave the points to them. It should be 18-18, a draw, but instead it was 19.5-16.5.

Please contact the support team.  They may be able to reverse that.
