Help With Settings

About 6 months to a year ago, chess.com had this stupid idea of putting in a splash screen at the start of every game (at least on mobile, cannot speak for desktop/laptop) highlighting the 2 players, like the start of a broadcast does in sports.  Is there any way to get rid of that stupid thing?  When you get White, you lose a second and a half with that.  Chess players don't want stupid bells and whistles.  Chess players want their full minute when playing White in bullet or full 3 minutes when playing White in blitz.

Is there any way to turn off that garbage??????

Settings > Board & Pieces > Board Effects

But what if you want the other board effects? I thought there was something like a 30 second countdown before the clock time goes down for the first move for both players. If not, that should be added.

I assume that was for ThrillerFan. All I can say is he gave some good advice on the French years ago. I appreciate the time he took to help us out.
