How can I reset my child's puzzle rating?

Hello, One of my child's more talented friends played lots of puzzles on her account. Now I'm afraid that the rating is so high and the puzzles so difficult that my child is not enjoying them. Is there a way to reset this? I see how to do it on my *own* account, and I thought it would be just as easy if I were to "impersonate" her, but when I do that, they reset option is not there. What am I missing?
