How do I complain about math results?

I played a daily game with a guy and in his second move left the game and he had a vacation as his status, after a week or more, he finally played but at that time I wasn’t around so my time finished and I simply lost, the annoying part is my daily rating progress have slowed down because of it, any idea of how to fix that?
