How do I post my games on a message board?

If I want to post a game on a message board or forum how do I do this.

You should click on an icon that show a chessboard in the tool bar   . Then you can paste the PGN, the fen string, or just make the moves

its ok.  Paste it anyway and it will turn out ok.
