Also, how do you get to the USCF rated tournaments on chess.com?

You see your game history by looking at your Archive. As a basic member you are limited on how far back that goes. 

 

For the tourneys you have to fill out the authentication form and join the following group.

 

https://www.chess.com/groups/home/uschess
