You can't kick it off. It's supposed to be automatic and generate new Insights when diamond is purchased.
However, there's a bug that apparently happens in some instances where previous Insights had been generated and the diamond membership lapsed. Insights only runs while a member has diamond.
Check back in a hour or two and you should be good.
