Access Chess.com through a browser.
Go to Home---->Account.
Then click on Alert & Email Settings [Manage your alert & email settings]:
http://www.chess.com/home/alerts
Scroll down to "Email Settings" and un-check the box for "Also send alerts to my .....".
Make sure you click the "Save Changes" button before leaving the page :)
On my browser (Brave) it seems to be under the Settings menu at the top right, then Home Settings, then Notifications. I will have to see if that works (turning off comment alerts). I've been getting dozens of alerts a day since I jointed the World vs Vishy, since there are thousands of players and lots of them are posting comments.
These old directions don't work anymore. Under Notifications, I can change the email address, but I can't turn them off. Under Manage All Channels, I've disabled all three items. I'm still getting move notifications, which I do not want.

I guess you should disable not only the ones under Manage All Channels, but also from all other dropdowns below.
Is there a way to turn off email Notification without turning off the move Notification. I am using android.
