How is this considered a draw?

It looks like your time is on zero.

If that was the case your opponent wouldn't have won because they had insufficient material.

I know the position looks like checkmate... but your move probably happened after you ran out of time (through no fault of your own I hasten to add) and the game had already ended.

I've lost games on time myself where I've been about to move a piece and timed out but somehow my move then appears on the board.

Perhaps it's got something to do with "latency".

It looks like you flagged before you made the move

Time4Tea

Did you run out of time just before the move was made?  Your clock is on zero.  If so then it would be a draw because of insufficient mating material.  Maybe some sort of lag issue meant that you saw the move on your screen, but the timer had already run out?

The last move on the list is 66.......Ke8 At this instant white has zero time left.It is whites move but white has no time left . Black doesn't have material to mate : hence it is a draw. If Black had say a rook or a queen then in fact Black would have won . On the other hand

If White had even a mili second then the move Qh8 check mates Black
