I have 6 pawns a rook and a king vs a king based on positioning I can mate them by advancing pawns and gaining pieces
How is this game considered a draw?

They called it insufficient mating material when my opponent ran out the clock chess.com is terrible

I don’t understand why Chess.com stopped this game and called it a draw….how do I determine why it is a draw?
